I've jumped on the crackle polish train! My brother's adorable girlfriend Nina gifted me OPI's Black Shatter and I couldnt wait to try it. This is a coat of Shatter over two coats of one of my favorites, Sally Hansen Pacific Blue. Results? Pure awesome.
